CARPARK 2003

02/12/2003
The Truck is way back there.
There were absolutely no requests for driveway access
or any use of the driveway by the Watsons.
Lynn Watson used the other side of her house to return her trash can
to the back of her house. She did not request nor did she use the driveway for her trash can.
She did use the driveway to walk back to her backyard and enter her house from the back entrance. She was able to walk between my car and the contested bush without any problem and walk down the driveway on the side by her house. This is something that the Watson's have said is not possible because of the way I park my car.

I took some additional pictures to show the car in location to the Watson's house. The pictures that the Watson's have taken as well as the picture I take everyday is from the street looking down the driveway and gives the illusion that the car is closer to the Watson's house than it actually is. The Watson's have built an extension to their house right on the property line. The driveway is naturally close to their house. The is an equal distance from the driveway to the Watson's house as there is from the driveway to my house. It is a very narrow passage way. Again, since the Watson's chose to build their extension on the property line, the driveway and the section between the driveway and the Watson's house is almost 100% on my property.

As you see by the pictures, my car is clearly on the driveway. There is enough room to get between my car and the bush. In fact, there is enough room to get a trash can between the bush and my car.

This picture is an attempt to show the shortest distance between the bush and the car. A trash bin can pass between her and so can a person without a problem.
