CARPARK 2003

03/16/2003
The Truck is way back there.
There were no requests for driveway access by the Watsons.
Mike Watson was measuring the driveway again today.
Ken Davies was in attendance for part of it.
We thought they were trying to straighten out their confusion about the settlement proposal.
I personally witnessed Ken Davies and Mike Watson measuring how far back my car was from the street. I also saw them measure the length of my car.
I am not sure why they were doing this.
They did not have permission to touch or use my car.
They did not make a request for me to move the car either.
After Ken Davies left, Mike Watson showed a neighbor the driveway.
He then once again began measuring around my car.
At 6pm on a Sunday, in front of the entire neighborhood, Mike Watson explained the settlement to this neighbor as they measured around my car.
The neighbor was taking the measurements down and putting them in a book for Mike Watson.
You clearly can see below, the photo of Mike Watson with the measuring tape on my car.
The neighbor is assisting standing next to him as they are discussing my car.
They did not have permission to do this, nor did they ask me to move my car.
I fail to see the point in this behavior.
The car is on the driveway.
Mr. Watson's bush is hanging into the driveway.
My car is clearly not touching the bush.
I fail to see why I must continue to endure such hostile activity in my own yard.
